Molybdenum Lanthanum Alloy

Material Feature:

Molybdenum and lanthanum alloy, also known as high-temperature molybdenum, grade MoLa, can form the so-called superposition fiber structure by doping a small amount of lanthanum trioxide (La2O3) particles in molybdenum.This special microstructure remains stable even at temperatures up to 2000℃.Therefore, lanthanum molybdenum-oxide has creep resistance even under extreme conditions.

 Advantages of Molybdenum-Lanthanum alloy:

1）Higher recrystallization temperature:1400℃~1500℃.

2）Elongated particle structure can increase ductility;

3）Stronger antioxidant;

4）Higher creep resistance.

Application：

1）High temperature furnace components, such as vacuum furnace heat shield；

2)  Sintered and annealed boat；

3)  Twisted wire or evaporator coil.
