Material Feature:

Niobium has good toughness, extensibility and low temperature processing performance, but it has strong chemical activity and high melting point. Its performance is very sensitive to the content of impurities. Only a few hundred parts per million of oxygen, hydrogen or carbon can make niobium hard and brittle.The normal melting method cannot produce the high purity metal niobium and niobium alloy billet, the powder metallurgy method and electron beam furnace (EB) of vacuum high temperature sintering, the VAR vacuum melting method is the ideal common method to produce the high purity niobium alloy billet.
